Webtrack reports

WebTrack collates a wealth of data, which is presented in a number of reports and graphs, making it easily accessible and useable. These reports can be configured for each individual or group of assets to meet your needs. You can request that such reports be scheduled to run at predefined times and sent to unlimited E-mail addresses. Or you can merely request reports in real-time to be viewed online and downloaded at your convenience. A detailed tabular report can be created and sorted by any of the various columns in order to reflect critical information. Additionally, the requested information is presented in a graph format, highlighting areas of importance. Data can be exported in XML, CSV or TSV format.

A small selection from our wide range of reports include:

Arrival/departure report
This report confirms departure and arrival times per preset location. This information can assist in tracking shipments and monitoring time schedules.

Door open/close report
Each time doors on an asset have been opened or closed will be detailed in this report. The information provided will aid in highlighting oddities in the delivery process.

Driving violation report
The Driving Violation Report is a more in-depth version of the Speed Report and, in addition to speeding, reflects harsh braking and over revving. This information will assist fleet managers in maintaining assets and monitoring drivers.

Geofence report
The Geofence Report monitors when the asset crosses a defined geofence, as set according to your specific requirements. This facility is useful for assets crossing borders and may well indicate when assets have deviated from the planned route.

Night time driving report
This report reflects when drivers continue traveling past a preset time.

Position report
This report details where the assets have been and where the assets are at present. This information could reveal where assets are losing time or altering the route.

Speed report
Speed Reports indicate which assets have exceeded predetermined speed limits. These reports assist in ensuring that drivers remain responsible and can also be linked to monitor individual drivers.

Stop report
Stop Reports detail when, where and for how long assets are stationary. This may indicate driver rest breaks and may reflect possible holdups en route. This information highlights any possible inconsistencies in travel time.

Utilization report
The total time that the asset has been in use, from departure to arrival can be determined using a Utilization Report.
