iDirect wholesale services are intended for carefully selected parties who are interested in becoming a distributor/ reseller of iDirect VSAT services. It is a commercial business partnership to jointly develop business opportunities. We actively forward leads and don't compete with a distributor.

To ensure high quality services to business customers, Castor Networks insists on a proven track record in providing high quality business telecom and/or IT services.

Business model

• The distributor contracts with and invoices the end-customer;
• The distributor holds a minimum amount of stock of modems, BUCs, LNB’s, cable kits for fast implementation and support purposes;
• The distributor has certified iDirect VSAT engineers to perform installation and maintenance;
• Castor actively supports the distributor in its marketing and sales activities in order grow the business;
• Castor provides the iDirect VSAT service at wholesale price to the distributor;
• Castor provides monitoring capabilities to the distributor for its customers in order to provide first line support.
